Remote Area Community Hotspot for Education and Learning (RACHEL) is a software technology that gives teachers access to multimedia educational materials without needing to connect to the internet. Becuase nternet access Guatemala's pueblos can be very unstable, RACHEL has the ability to transform the quality of education in Guatemalan schools. In partnership with Mundo Posible, Creating Opportunities for Guatemalans led teacher training at San Antonio's elementary school. This workshop instructed teachers on how to integrate RACHEL into their lessons and use innovative teaching methods to overcome some of the structural weaknesses in Guatemalan public education.
